Licensed Turret Truck & Forklift Operator (Receiving/Shipping)

Location: Georgetown

Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Licensed Turret Truck and Forklift Operator to support our receiving and shipping operations in a temperature-controlled cooler/freezer warehouse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating material handling equipment in cold storage environments and a strong understanding of warehouse logistics, inventory movement, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate turret trucks and forklifts to move, load, unload, and stack products safely and efficiently
  • Perform receiving and shipping tasks, including verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against documentation
  • Pick, stage, and prepare orders for dispatch in a timely manner
  • Work in cooler and freezer environments while maintaining productivity and safety standards
  • Accurately update inventory movements using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or RF scanners
  • Ensure proper product handling, especially for food-grade items, following company and regulatory guidelines
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
  • Maintain clean and organized work areas in compliance with health & safety and food safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet operational targets and deadlines

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Valid certification/license to operate Turret Truck and Forklift (Reach/Counterbalance preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse environment, preferably in cold storage or food industry
  • Experience working in cooler/freezer conditions is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse management systems
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and inventory
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
  • Comfortable working in low-temperature environments for extended periods
  • Knowledge of health & safety regulations in warehouse settings
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills

Replenishment and Customer Service Supervisor

Location: In-office, 5 days per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Salary: $58,000 – $70,000 annually, based on experience
Vacation: 2–3 weeks, depending on experience
Reports To: Vice President of Sales
Direct Reports: 4 Team Members

Position Summary
Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Replenishment and Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Replenishment and Customer Service Team. This role works closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Production to ensure accurate forecasting, effective inventory management, strong customer service levels, and efficient replenishment planning. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in supply chain operations within a fast-paced manufacturing or consumer goods environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute replenishment and inventory strategies based on demand forecasts, sales projections, and lead times
  • Analyze market trends, product performance, customer demand, and inventory movement to support operational planning
  • Determine sales trends, minimum order quantities, stocking levels, and replenishment pathways
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Production teams to improve fulfillment rates and customer satisfaction
  • Supervise and support a team of 4 employees, including performance management, coaching, and development
  • Monitor inventory levels and product lifecycle to maintain efficient stock levels
  • Identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory and recommend actions to reduce excess stock and associated costs
  • Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely replenishment and delivery
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to communicate inventory and replenishment insights
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, cost reduction, and revenue growth
  • Support inventory planning related to new product launches, promotions, and seasonal demand fluctuations
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to inventory management and replenishment
  • Proactively improve processes to enhance operational performance and customer experience

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years of relevant supply chain, replenishment, inventory, or customer service experience, preferably in industrial manufacturing or CPG environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Customer-focused mindset with a results-oriented approach
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience interpreting and analyzing large data sets with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities
